No, There is no taxes, no tolls, or hidden additional
airport or parking fees. Your fare is your total cost.
Gratuity is not included and is a reflection of your service satisfaction.
How do you get the discount coupon ?

In
order to receive the discount coupon, you must submit your
reservation through our website. Once all the information has
been filled, your confirmation number will come up; as well
as, the discount coupon. Please make sure to print the coupon and present it to the driver at your arrival destination for
your discount.
Do
you offer a grocery stop ?

Yes.
Our grocery stop is complementary and we allow our passengers
20 minutes of shopping for necessities.
What
kind of grocery store will be available ?

Our
grocery stop is at our local supermarkets, such as
Albertson's, Publix, and Gooding's. These stores may include
all foods, snacks, baby necessities, a variety of wines,
liquors, and beers, personal necessities, and other.
What
are the Florida car seat Laws ?

The
state of Florida constitutes 316.613, that all children
traveling in a vehicle must be provided with protection.
Therefore, children ages 0-5 must be in a car seat or booster
seat. Children from ages 0-3 must be in a forward facing car
seat. Children from 4-5 must be securely fastened in a booster
seat.
Can
I pay the reservation in advance ?

Yes.
Just call 1-888-939-8227 and our operators can
process your payment. We accept VISA and MASTER CARD.
Are
the vehicles smoke free ?

Yes.
There is no smoking during our transfers. Passengers are
allowed to smoke while doing a grocery stop outside of our
vehicles.
What is the travel time from Orlando Int'l Airport ? 
The
estimated travel time from Orlando Int'l Airport to the Disney
World area and Kissimmee area is approximately 30 min.
What is the travel time from Sanford Int'l Airport ?

The
estimated travel time from Sanford Orlando Int'l Airport to the Disney World
area and Kissimmee area is approximately 60-75 min.
Do
travel agents get any benefits for reference?

Yes.
In order to receive the 10% commission you must register with

happens if my flight delayed ?

We,
at WDW Towncar, track your arrival flights online and are
aware of any delays. This helps us be more efficient with our
time and yours.

happens if my flight changes ?

If
your flight information changes, please call us at 1-888-939-8227
immediately so that we avoid any inconvenience for you.
We
are arriving in separate flight ?

If
your traveling with a large party and have made one
reservation to avoid making separate reservations, please make
sure to input the information for the later flight and meet
that party at their arrival baggage claim in other to conveniently
meet the party as a whole.
